Your plan & billing
See your current plan, connected accounts and active users — and who to contact to change your plan.
Your organisation's plan lives under Settings → Plans & Billing. Brolly plans allow unlimited social account connections and unlimited team members, so you'll never be charged extra for adding an account or inviting a colleague.

What you'll see

Optional add-ons
Core Brolly — capture, the Feed, search and exports — is included in every plan. Some capabilities are optional add-ons you can put on your plan when you need them:
- Groups — restrict which accounts each team member sees.
- Insights — analytics and PDF reporting across your archive.
- Brolly Protect — AI-assisted community safety and moderation.
- Content Manager integration — file records directly into OpenText Content Manager.
- Brolly API — programmatic access to your archive.

Changing your plan or billing details
Plan changes, invoices and payment details are handled by our team rather than self-service — email support@brolly.com.au and we'll sort it out. For procurement, panel or multi-year arrangements, talk to your account manager.
